Awakening

Awakening is what it feels like to step out of a fog you didn't even realize had surrounded you. Once you've seen clearly, once you've tasted the truth of your own worth, you can't go back. You can't unsee what you now know.

It's realizing that the constant performance, the endless need for approval, the exhausting attempt to please everyone—none of it serves you. You tolerate less, you protect your energy with everything you have. Your boundaries aren't negotiable; they are your core, your spine, your fire.

Awakening is clarity. It's sharp thoughts racing in your mind, words forming that you didn't know you held. It's seeing the better life, the greener grass, the sweeter fruit, and knowing it would be disrespectful—to yourself, to the truth you now live—to settle for anything less.

It's also seeing the human in everyone. Knowing we're all trying to figure it out, and offering guidance and understanding, a little less judgment, a little more grace. Awakening is fierce, but it's also generous. It's stepping fully into yourself and sharing that light, without apology.
