Crystal Energy Embodied

This piece came out of a period when I was making significant changes in my life.

I was cutting people out of my life. I broke off long-term relationships. I made big decisions that I knew would change my life and redirect it in ways I could have never imagined.

And after I followed through, something happened that is still hard to explain. Inside my skin, inside my body, it literally felt like I was glowing or radiating.

I kept thinking about the way we imagine energy coming out of crystals — something you cannot quite hold in your hands, but you can feel it.

That is what this painting became for me.

It was freeing. It was the most magical I had ever felt. Not because everything suddenly became easy, but because I knew my life had changed. I had made decisions that could change everything, and somewhere inside me I knew they were the right choices.

Crystal Energy Embodied is that feeling made visible — the moment you choose yourself and can finally feel the energy of your own life returning to you.
